Apple to Launch Sales Coach Sales Training App with Built-in AI Assistant to Empower Store Employees
Apple will launch an internal sales training app called Sales Coach on February 23, targeting employees at Apple retail stores and authorized dealers worldwide. It will replace the existing tool SEED, support mobile and web platforms, and not be publicly available.
